We are pleased to welcome our 2017 cohort of trainees, starting their School Direct placements across our family of schools. It’s been an exciting couple of weeks, and trainees are now fully immersed into school and their studies.

The RSA Academies’ Teaching School Alliance strongly believes in school-led training in order to recruit high calibre trainees and transform student outcomes through challenging and stimulating teaching.
Specialist leaders of education are outstanding middle and senior leaders. They have at least 2 years’ leadership experience in a particular specialism (e.g. maths, school business management, initial teacher training).
