We are pleased to welcome our 2019 cohort of trainees, starting their School Direct placements across our family of schools. It’s been an exciting first half term, and trainees are now fully immersed into school and their studies.
Recruitment has now started for a September 2020 start for our School Direct Courses (Primary & Secondary). Our first event is at The University of Birmingham Great Hall on Monday 11th November 4.30pm – 8pm (Birmingham B15 2TN). To register your attendance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The RSA Academies’ Teaching School Alliance strongly believes in school-led training in order to recruit high calibre trainees and transform student outcomes through challenging and stimulating teaching.
Specialist leaders of education are outstanding middle and senior leaders. They have at least 2 years’ leadership experience in a particular specialism (e.g. maths, school business management, initial teacher training).
